5. PRIVACY POLICY (extract from terms of use)

5.1 Operation of the Site

The National Border Collie Council.org Site is operated by the National Border Collie Council Inc (NBCC). See ‘Contact Us’ for further details. The principal solicitor of the NBCC is responsible for the administration of this privacy policy.

5.5 Security

(a) National Border Collie Council.org takes all reasonable steps to ensure personal information we have collected from you is held securely in an electronic database and in hard copy files.

(b) Client information must be kept for six (6) years from the closure of a file under the professional indemnity insurance policy of the NBCC. National Border Collie Council.org will delete or destroy this information as soon as practicable after this period elapses.

(c) Information is not transmitted to National Border Collie Council.org under clause 5.2 using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.
