By now, all Member Clubs should have received the correspondence forwarded to them by the NBCC regarding requests for nominations for the position of President of the National Border Collie Council for a term of two (2) years. Items for the agenda for the NBCC AGM scheduled to be held later in the year are also being sought. All nominations and agenda items are to reach the NBCC Secretary no later than 28^th July 2003.

• Annual membership fee of $150.00: - all Member Clubs have now paid the annual fee
• Logo Competition: - Entries closed 30^th April 2003. Entries were received from the following Member Clubs.

The next step is for all members to vote on which Logo entry they would like to see featured on NBCC letterhead, and on the Website. To make this possible it would be appreciated if all the entries were circulated to your General Members via each Member Clubs Newsletter, thus ensuring all members have the opportunity to vote on which entry they consider appropriate. Then all Member Clubs are to forward their Members selections, clearly marked, and in order from 1 to 9 to the National Secretary by 29^th August 2003. The winner of the logo competition will be finalized at the NBCC AGM.

• Club Newsletters to be forwarded to NBCC Secretary: - The Border Collie Club of New South Wales Inc. is yet to comply. This ruling was passed by a majority of Member Clubs at the AGM held Nov. 2002.

Lauren Somers is yet to advise the E & T S/Comm. of costs involved in producing a narrated video as a training aid for conformation judges etc. Other avenues are now being investigated regarding this matter.

The NBCC has secured a Domain name: nationalbordercolliecouncil.com

Costs involved are approx $30 per annum, which includes the Domain name and redirection fee payable 1^st February each year.
